Howdy, and thank you for choosing P-6 Farms to host your special day or event! Whether it is a birthday party, corporate event, or community group outing, we are eager to have you here. All we ask is that you have an amazing day, are mindful of the area, and that the only outside food you bring are cupcakes or cake (we do not allow outside food nor drinks). Enjoy our Spring, Summer, and Fall Festivals! What better place to throw a party?? See y'all soon!
PARTY PRICING AND DETAILS
$75 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
$200 - Up to 10 guests (children and/or guests) ages 3 and up
$250 - Up to 15 guests (children and/or guests) ages 3 and up
*Birthday guest of honor receives complimentary admission

CLEAN UP
A $50.00 clean-up fee will be charged to the card that you used for your reservation IF your reserved area is NOT left the way it was found.

- 5 oz. vanilla ice cream (tractor made) for 10 or 15 guest count

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?
- Food &Drinks
* Of course a cake/cupcakes are permitted AND a cooler of drinks = water/juice only
* Absolutely no outside alcohol and glass bottles of any kind.
- Decorations
* However, you are more than welcome to bring them.
* Just remember to take them down after your party and bring any needed supplies. (Please no pinatas, confetti, or glitter)
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if it rains and the farm closes?
We will assist you in finding a new reservation or refund your booking deposit.
Do I get a refund if some of the guests do come?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any guests, including additional children/adults. All bookings and payments are final.
Where do guests check in for the party?
At the main entrance, where they will sign in and be given their wrist band. It is advisable that you have a family member/friend to help take guests to the party location, especially if you are not covering the admission of a guest(s) parent/guardian.
How does P-6 know who I’m paying for as a party guest?
You will provide us (by email) a list of guests you are paying for so that we can have their wristbands ready upon arrival. Remember to let parents/guardians know if you are paying for their admission. Most don’t expect you to, however it gives them time to purchase their ticket online.
Do you provide a host for the party?
Party hosts are not provided, however, our team is available to assist with any questions on the day of your party.
Can you refrigerate our birthday cake?
Yes, we can store your cake upon arrival, simply go to the country store by the flowers. If you are bringing drinks, you are responsible for keeping them cold.
Do you provide decorations and cutlery?
Cutlery and decorations are not provided. Please remember to bring everything needed for your party(plates, napkins, cutlery, knife for the cake, straws, etc…) As a reminder decorations are allowed except for pinatas, confetti, and glitter)
Are we allowed to bring in food for out guests?
The birthday cake/cupcakes are of course allowed in. What’s a party without cake?
You do have the option to bring your own pizza to the party. No deliveries to the farm.
Can we have our party spot for longer?
Party timeslots are for 2 ½ hours only. Remember to pick up and leave the area as it was upon your arrival to avoid paying a $50 clean up fee.
Can I add additional people to my booking?
You may add guests to your party for an additional $14 ages 3 and up.
